Video and projection
Video systems are mostly a question of getting the right picture to the right screen, at the right size, without anyone having to think about formats.
Everything in this section
We design and install projection and display systems for auditoriums, conference halls, classrooms, clubs and public buildings — including the processing and switching that makes a room work with whatever a visitor plugs in.
What we cover
- Projection and displays — sized and placed against the room and its light.
- Switching and matrixing — sources to destinations.
- Scaling and conversion — formats reconciled.
- Streaming — the room delivered beyond it.
The room decides the picture
Screen size follows the furthest viewer and the smallest text they must read. Brightness follows the ambient light. Position follows sightlines. Those three settle most of a projection design before any equipment is chosen.
A screen that cannot be read from the back row is the wrong screen, whatever it cost.
Video and audio are usually delivered together: see pro audio and video.
Tell us the room
Send dimensions and intended use. You get back an indicative acoustic treatment, a systems outline and a budget range.
