Turnkey solutions
Acoustics, audio, video, lighting and the interiors around them, delivered on a single contract — so the room that was designed is the room that gets measured on handover.

Most rooms fail in the gaps between trades. The acoustician specifies, the AV vendor supplies, the interior contractor builds, and each is right about their own scope while the room as a whole misses what it was meant to do. Taking the whole thing on one contract closes those gaps: one team holds the design, the construction, the systems and the commissioning, and one team answers for the result.
What the contract covers
- Acoustic design and simulation, ahead of any construction.
- Acoustic construction — panels, beams and ceilings, doors and windows, partitions, isolation and HVAC attenuation.
- Interiors, coordinated with the acoustic build rather than applied over it.
- Professional audio, video and projection, stage and architectural lighting.
- Automation and control, and the training for the people who will run the room.
- Commissioning, with measured results handed over at the end.
How it works in practice
We keep consultants, simulation engineers and installation crews in house, and work alongside architects and interior practices already appointed on the project. Where equipment is bought in, it comes through supplier relationships we hold directly, which keeps procurement and lead times inside the same programme as the build instead of running beside it.
Where it is worth doing this way
A turnkey contract earns its place where acoustics and systems have to agree with each other and with the architecture: auditoria, conference halls, recording studios, home theatres, banquet halls and any room that has to be isolated from what surrounds it. Where a project only needs part of this, we also work as consultants alongside your own contractors.
Design, build and integration under one roof, backed by in-house simulation, test facilities and installation crews.
