Conference halls are built for occasions where everything has to work the first time, in front of people who will notice if it does not.

We have built conference halls on a turnkey basis from the design phase through construction, interiors and automation — including halls used for international-level conferences presided over by the President and the Prime Minister of India.

What a hall needs

  • Acoustics tuned for speech, so a lectern carries to the back without strain.
  • Discussion and conference systems, with microphone management and recording.
  • Projection or displays sized for the room, with switching that visitors can use.
  • Lighting for the room, the platform and the cameras.
  • Isolation from the foyer, breakout spaces and plant.
  • Automation, so the room changes state in one action.

Built as one contract

Civil work, interiors, acoustics and systems held by one project team, coordinated with SCADA and control applications where the building requires them.

Handover

Measured commissioning, documented presets and training for the staff who will run the hall.
