General and architectural lighting
Architectural lighting carries the building when nothing is happening on stage — and it belongs on the same control system as everything else.
Also in lighting
Lobbies, circulation, facades and function rooms need light that suits the occasion: a conference by day, a reception in the evening, cleaning at midnight. Separate systems mean separate switches and staff who use none of them.
What we design
- Ambient and feature lighting for lobbies, foyers and function spaces.
- Facade and exterior lighting where the building is seen at night.
- Scene presets for each way the space is used.
- Daylight and occupancy control where it saves energy without irritating people.
- Integration with the venue's DMX or building control.
Working with the interior
Fittings, positions and colour temperature are agreed with the architect or interior designer, and simulated before installation so the effect is understood in advance.
