When a system misbehaves, the fault is usually in the signal rather than the room. That needs instruments, not listening.

Hum, buzz, intermittent dropouts, distortion that appears only at level: these are electrical problems. Spectrum analysis and oscilloscope work show what the signal is actually doing at each point in the chain, so the cause is found instead of the symptom being masked with processing.
What it is used for
- Tracing hum and ground loops through an installed system.
- Checking signal levels and gain structure stage by stage.
- Identifying interference and its source.
- Verifying amplifier and processor behaviour under load.
- Commissioning checks before a system is handed over.

We are called to systems we did not install, to find out why they do not work. The report says what is wrong and what it would take to fix it, whether or not the work comes to us.
