Two kinds of control live in most venues: a console for whoever is running a show, and a wall panel for everyone else.

A visiting operator needs a console with full access to the rig. The venue's own staff need four buttons that do the four things they do every day. Serving both is a matter of programming, not of buying two systems.
What we supply and set up
- Consoles sized to the rig and to the people who will use them.
- Wall panels and touch interfaces with labelled, recallable scenes.
- Patching and fixture libraries, documented for the venue.
- Remote access for maintenance where the client wants it.
- Backup of show files, and a printed record of the patch.
Training
Handover includes training for the staff who run the room, and a short written guide left at the panel — the venue should not depend on one person's memory.
